QUALIFICATION & REGISTRATION

Who is eligible to attend the Road to Leader event?
There are two attendee types:

1. Qualifiers who rank to Silver for the first time during the qualification period
2. Career Rank Silver+ Brand Partners who want to invest in their business development

How do I qualify?
Check out the Hub for full qualification details. 

Can I attend this event again next year? 
Road to Leader is a qualifying event that is meant to be attended once. Qualifiers who attend the 2026 event will not be eligible to qualify or attend again in 2027.

Can I pay my way and attend if I didn't qualify?
All Road to Leader attendees must have reached a career rank of Silver or above by the end of the qualification period. Existing career rank Silver+ will be invited to attend at their own expense. 

Can I bring a guest?
If there is room at the event, we may open up registration for spouses or significant others to attend, please watch for more details. All other attendees must have reached a career rank of Silver or above by the end of the qualification period. 

What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be accepted through 11:59pm ET, July 15, 2026.

When is the last day to purchase Registration tickets?
Registration is open through 11:59pm ET, July 15, 2026.

Can my children come?
Road to Leader is a professional training event, children are not permitted. 

Are there group tickets available?
No. Tickets must be purchased individually by each attendee.

What time zone are the times on the agenda?
All times listed on the agenda are in the local time of the host city (Eastern Time Zone). Please plan your travel and arrivals accordingly!

What is the dress code?
Business casual—bring a jacket. For themed parties, see the agenda for dress suggestions.

What airport should I fly into?
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) 

Will transportation be provided between the hotel and any off-site events?
Yes! Complimentary transportation runs between the Courtyard Marriott and Amare HQ throughout the event. A full transportation schedule will be shared as part of the event agenda. Please note that transportation to and from the airport is not included — all attendees are responsible for their own travel to and from the hotel.

How do I reserve my hotel room?
Registered qualifiers do not need to take any action — Amare will book hotel accommodations on your behalf.
