Who is eligible to attend the Dedicated Diamond event?
Qualifiers are invited to attend with a plus one.

When is the last day to register?
Registration is open through 11:59pm ET, June 1, 2026.

Can I bring additional guests at my own expense?
This event is for qualifiers and their plus one only. Additional guests are not permitted.

Can I extend my trip at my own expense?
At this time, The Ritz Carlton is unable to accommodate date extensions for this event. However, you are welcome to make your own arrangements at another property. 

Do I need to submit my travel details?
Travel details are required to register for all attendees at the time of registration. 

Is there a no-show fee?
Yes. If you register and are unable to attend, please contact us at events@amare.com no later than 11:59pm ET on June 1, 2026 to avoid a $5,500 cancellation fee. This fee reflects the real costs of reserved rooms and pre-arranged reservations that cannot be recovered once the deadline has passed.

What time zone are the times on the agenda?
All times listed on the agenda are in the local time of the host city (Eastern Time Zone). Please plan your travel and arrivals accordingly!

What is the dress code?
The dress code is resort casual — beach attire is perfectly welcome throughout the trip. However, we recommend packing at least one or two formal outfits, as some restaurant venues may require more elevated attire.

Is the trip all-inclusive?
The Ritz-Carlton is not an all-inclusive property. Meal stipends will be provided and paid out the week before departure to all registered qualifiers.

What if I don't want to participate in group activities?
​​​​​​​Participation in group activities is encouraged but entirely voluntary. Please note that no refunds, cash equivalents, or alternative arrangements will be offered for activities you choose not to attend.

What airport should I fly into?
Providenciales International Airport (PLS) 

Do I need to book my own transportation?
Amare will provide airport transfers to and from The Ritz Carlton. If flights are not submitted by the registration deadline, transportation may not be guaranteed.

How do I reserve my hotel room?
Registered qualifiers do not need to take any action — Amare will book hotel accommodations on your behalf.
